Video Library
The videos in our library are grouped into three categories: the film archive of the Martin Family, travel videos taken by George Martin and Paul Winters, and the video assets of our company. This library is just being established now, in the last quarter of 2015, and will take a while to be reasonably well established. We will be adding asssets one group at a time, in the order listed below.
Martin Family Film Archive
The films in this archive are from the 1930s to 1960s, and provide a look back in time of locations including Mexico, New England, St. Petersburg, Florida, and the New Jersey shore, and of the family. The videos are all 1080P (high-definition) transfers from the original 16mm film reels. These tranfers were performed by a posthouse in Georgia, using a wet-process on a Rank Centel machine.
George and Paul's 'Have You Ever Been To ...' Travel Videos
A collection of videos taken by married couple George Martin and Paul Winters on their many varied trips, both domestic and international. Some of these videos incorporate still images taken on the trips as well, interspersed with the video clips.
For the most part, the videos are about the places we visited, not us or family members and friends. Nonetheless, some of these videos may have segments that are of a purely personal 'family' nature (e.g., clips of family members) that are of little interest to other viewers. These can of course be skipped.
